CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Emma is an alumnus of UNC-Chapel Hill and was heavily involved with student theatre, including UNC-Pauper Players and Company Carolina. They served on the Pauper Exec Board from 2021-2023, and in their final year held the role of Executive Director. They currently serve as the Jack Hall Scholar at Raleigh Little Theatre where they are spearheading a brand new Second Stage program. In addition to theatre administration, Emma is a director and has worked on shows including RED, Alice By Heart, The Wolves, and The Lightning Thief. They look forward to continuing to direct with BWB!

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Jake is a recent alumnus from UNC-Chapel Hill where they earned their Bachelor’s in Dramatic Art. Throughout their undergraduate career they were a part of many theatrical productions across campus, working with UNC Pauper Players, Lab! Theatre, and Company Carolina as an actor, lighting designer, and set designer. In addition to their exploits in student theater, they also serve as an Assistant Production Manager with UNC’s premiere performing arts company, Carolina Performing Arts. Combining their love of acting and professional production experience, Jake is excited to work with so many talented artists to add just a little bit more art and entertainment to the Triangle.

MARKETING AND PUBLICITY DIRECTOR

Avery Wadehra is a student at UNC Chapel Hill studying Dramatic Arts. They are studying to be a director, having directed and assistant directed shows with Pauper Players, Company Carolina, Lab! Theatre, and Playmakers Repertory Company on UNC’s campus. They have also done costume design and producing, and are passionate about creating unique work. They are looking forward to bringing this experience to Boy With Box and creating new memories with the group.

FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

Katherine is a UNC Undergraduate studying Economics and Theater. When not being totally swamped with school work, there's a strong chance you can find her in a theater somewhere on campus. She is involved with PlayMakers, Carolina Performing Arts, as well as Kenan Theater Company. Her background within theater consists of anything but acting, and she has a passion for lighting and stage management. She looks forward to assistant stage managing Something Rotten this spring with Kenan Theater Company! Katherine is excited to blend her love of theater, and what she is learning through her time at UNC into Boy With Box and the surrounding community.
